You're all booked!!  

Here are a few things to expect:

• Parking is available in the front of the studio, and in the back of the studio off of the main street.When you enter in either door you should be greeted and can have a seat in the waiting area until your scheduled time slot. 
• Please arrive 5 minutes earlier than your scheduled session to ensure a timely start and to avoid any time lost for capturing the images before the end of your scheduled session. Late arrival may push your time to another time slot, or may have your session cancelled completely with no chance to reschedule. 
• Anyone participating in the session needs to be dressed before coming into the studio to avoid running behind. 

By booking this appointment, you also adhere to the following agreement:

MINI-SESSION AGREEMENT

PORTRAIT SESSION: Client is guaranteed up to 15-20 minutes of shooting time.

SICK POLICY: Participants AND guardian attending the sessions must be free of fever (without the use of fever reducing medications), cough, sore throat, runny/stuffy nose, shortness of breath or difficulty breathing, fatigue, muscle or body aches, headache, new loss of taste or smell, nausea or vomiting, diarrhea, or come in close contact with anyone that is presumptive positive or tested positive to COVID-19.  If any signs of illness are apparent the session will be stopped and canceled,  

CANCELLATION/POSTPONEMENT: Sessions are non-refundable, but deposits are transferable if a date change is necessary (48 hours notice of postponements or cancellations is appreciated).  Please contact us directly after the 48 hour mark if cancellation is needed. 

WEATHER: If sessions are canceled due to weather, Photographer and Client will reschedule at the earliest date possible, with no additional charge.

COOPERATION/NO SHOWS: Client will arrive 5 minutes early due to short shooting window. Photographer is not responsible if Client and/or key individuals fail to appear or cooperate during portrait sessions.  Showing up late will result in time lost during the session. 

COPYRIGHT: All images are copyrighted to and remain the property of Christina Fletcher-Delfosse.  A print release will be given when photographs are released.

CLIENT’S USAGE: Client is obtaining images for personal use only, and shall not edit, change, or sell said images or authorize any reproductions. (etc. etc.)

REMAINING BALANCE:  The remaining balance is due the day of your session prior to the session beginning.  Balances are payable through Venmo, Zelle, and cash.
